If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from this website, you may return unworn, new merchandise to Graham Creek Enterprises, LLC for a full refund within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. The packing slip that came with your order will have instructions on how to return merchandise. Please note that merchandise must be returned in original packaging and before any price tags are removed. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Please allow 7-10 business days to process returns. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Processing begins after we have received merchandise.
Expect up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
Custom or sale items are not eligible for returns.
